Shipping & Handling
Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. we offer shipping across India with a 48-hour processing time and delivered within 3-7 working days. Orders are processed on business days, excluding Sundays and national holidays. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, communicated at checkout., Zippo reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
COD (Cash on Delivery) is now available on our website with a fixed fee of Rs 100. Please note that these charges are non-refundable in the event of returns.
Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses. We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates, as well as applicable sales taxes, apply for each delivery address.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier shipping regulations, Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. To use your Zippo lighter, fill with Zippo premium lighter fluid.
There are several products like: fuel, lighter fluid, and Classic and Slim lighter gift sets that must ship standard ground due to carrier restrictions. If you order other products within an order that includes one of these products, expedited shipping is not a valid option for shipping.

After Order confirmation, your order will be shipped based on the content of your order as listed below.
Standard Shipping:
- Ships in 1-2 business days for stock merchandise
- Delivery in 4-5 business days
- Standard shipping orders ship via ground delivery.
